Annual Maintenance Contract of the
Air Handling Units

A) Attending and servicing of all condensing units.

1. Cleaning of all condensing units.

2. Checking of leakage in the pipe lines and plugging the same if any leakage found.

3. Checking and adjusting HP/LP cut outs. d) Cleaning of Filters in the Air Handling Units (AHU’s) and replacing the same if necessary.

4. Cleaning of Blowers in the Air Handling Units (AHU’s).

5. Cleaning of Cooling coils in (AHU’s) g) Cleaning of Machinery related to HVAC

B) Other items that will be covered under AMC – without spares

1. Monoblock Pump

2. Heaters for AHU

3. Hepa filters for AHU

4. Motors

5. Doors SD & Double doors

6. Mag: gauges

7. SPB and DPB Cleaning and checking of all items.
